Is UB corrupt? And if so why is Pokernews still affiliated with them?

Can anyone shed some light on why Pokernews and other reputable poker sites still support UB??? Or am I to ignorant to the situation?

Correct me if I'm wrong but weren't they or some of their staff found guilty of fraudulent activities with a super account that exposed hole cards? Are we to believe that one or two employees abused their positions without any knowledge or cohersion from their employers?
It is too easy to blame the players involved who were paid to do so.

Something smells.......I just cant trust UB, their sponsored players or any of their business practices.

What are your thoughts or input? I'd like to hear them.

I think the industry would like to believe the problems have been fixed.

I, however, am not so sure. You wont see me playing there but I also wont go as far as saying the whole thing is corrupt.

So basically I just rode the fence for you. HA.

What matters most is how well you walk through the fire.

I ll never play at UB, I don t know if they still have issues or not but as a business, I just can t trust them.

I m not saying I am right but I think a lot of people will do the same and it s going to be hard for them as a company.

There is probably a lot going on everywhere for that matter but I don t thinlk there is much to do other than accept some risks and being the puppet of some internet corporation...

Thanks guys, it just erks me greatly (niceway of putting it!) that Pokernews is still advertising for them and issuing free rolls and the like for new players. If I were the owners of Pokernews (Tony G is one me thinks) I'd cut all ties with UB, especially since the Tiffany Michelle incident.

Vit - get off the fence! hehe just kidding.

Partnership with sites like pn is the only way ub will get some credit back again, they can t do it on their own, they ll need support.

I m sure everybody supporting them understant what it means and I m sure they are doing it being sure everthing is fine now.

I ll continue to donk my BR somwhere else lol
