I believe he was decked by TJ Cloutier many years ago. PH called him out and then got the worst of it.

I did some research on this. Apparently this was fake and it was for promoting something. He wrote about it on one of his blog entries.

Sam Grizzle... don't think he knocked him out but he did knock him down. They went outside. This was quite a few years ago. It wasn't TJ though.
