Last week I played in the Full Tilt NBC Qualifier, and managed my way thru 8 heads up matches over several hours to qualify to play in the round 2 tourney on Saturday.
The round 2 trny advanced 64 players into the final trny on Feb 22.
I managed to qualify for the final trny, after playing for close to 5 hours. Whew!
Some days i have difficulty playing for an extended time due to the fact I am diabetic and when my blood sugar is high, I just want to sleep.
Fortunately all was good Saturday, and i was alert and fired up to play!
I even managed to play thru being on tilt in 2 seperate occasions, once after losing a third of my chips to a one outer on the river and later I lost half my stack when op needed to hit runner runner for 2 of 6 specific cards...and did it. But all was good when I sucked out on a hand shortly afterwards to take him out! hehehe
So, The final tourney looks like it will only have 448 players...and I think it's in MTT format again. I think I'd have a better shot if it were headsup, but hell...imma gonna win the 25K entry either way!!
That's right...They should be afraid...after all Its_a_Dogs_life and
DA BIGDOG IS IN DA HOUSE!!!
