This may actually be a bad things. More taxes = higher rakes!

yeah personally I have no problem with UIGEA given that it is nearly impossible to enforce.
this would however bring the donkeys back. which would be grrrreat!

Yeah, I think the only benefits I would enjoy of it is a little more transparency and if I ever do decide to withdraw, it would probably make it much easier!
On the flip side, more donks is good, but doesn't that just mean you go on tilt that much more V.?

actually no, my worst tilt sessions occur when i am playing a good player. i put as much pressure on someone as possible. eventually they break and make huge mistakes. i tilt when i work a guy down and he finally does something stupid like 4-bet shove with A4 and he sucks out on my AQ.
i laugh at most donkeys when they are lucky. its when i have a serious investment in something that i tilt.
