I met all the requirements and was issued a ticket a few days before. but apparently not the right one
talked to support on carbon 2 days B4 tourney started and was told the manager new about the situation and not to worry
5 more live chats(the last 10 mins B4 start) and no answers just they knew about it
WHAT HAPPENS NOW

Asking the same thing in 3 different threads won't help it. Quickest way to resolve your problem is sending an E-mail to the address above.

Carbon freeroll was canceled and will be rescheduled soon, all players that met requirements should send email to freerolls@pokernews.com with their user names, and we will add all of them to the list of this rescheduled freeroll.
All information about this freeroll should be added on pokernews.com within 72 hours.

Hi Rasucci, just like to say thanks for the "FYI" hopefully I can participate in this event. Sounds like it should be fun.

This is one of the few things I hate Carbon for. They cancel events on the last minute. I've encountered it like a couple of times.
