Someone will have to define what the wording means and if there will be a "double standard" = one for the "unknowns" and one for PH and the other Donkament "Stars"

Arbitrary and Discriminatory enforcement will only bring problems.

if PH act like last year he should get in trouble for sure this year... Wait and see...

I think it is important to stress the proper conduct and make sure everybody is treated the same way.

PS, I do not wish him ( or anybody else ) to get in trouble.

Not him, but someone else yes! Him, Scotty one of them will. It makes for Drama and more fun! Here in America we love that stuffs...Cops, Jerry Springer, Judge Judy...need I say more! LOL
