Unfortunately, everything's gonna stay that way until after this weekend, when Pokernews support gets back to work.

Thats really awfull news.
I specially dwnld tony g thursday and played for the points.
I already saw that i couldnt enter and send several emails to pokernews and tony g.
What is also stange is when i logged in for the first tiem at tony g directly(2sec.) a window popped up from support to encourage me to make directly a deposit. After some chat they confirmed me i could enter the pokernewscup sat.
Now i can't and support is suddenly not there to help.
I played to make my points to enter.
I hope and expect that pokernews will come with a decent solution.

Last thing about this that its strange that on the tony g site it says EVERYONE can enter this freeroll who has (on the sites it says 25 points when reg its says 100points) 100points.

see here:

@hoeroeschio thanks for responding here!

Just to clarify, all I know is that our support won't be able to look into this until Monday. I don't know how the Tony G Poker support handles these things. To me it does look like a problem on their side.

There will be a total of 3 freerolls like this. You should be able to play the 2 on Monday and Tuesday at the very least.

With that said, are there already any players registered for the Sunday freeroll? It seems to me that this would be a general problem and hence the same for everyone. If that is the case, the freeroll will most likely be rescheduled anyway,

I don't see the problem in Tony G Poker stating that it's an open freeroll for everyone. It says the same thing in the Pokernews articles. It doesn't matter whether you signed up through this site or not.

I see the mixup with the point requirement. Having played there before, earning these 100 points really shouldn't be a problem. That is roughly $6 rake

Thanks again for respons.
I aprreciate that!

for the sunday freeroll thetre are +/-166 players reg.
The "problem" of allowing all players is that i dont understand what then the problem is to register.

Off course we still have 2 freerolls to come but as you probably know tournament play is all about volume so 3 is always better as 2
As i already have qualified in 3 freerolls tournaments (2x aussi millions and 1x Ept London) before i really would like to play again for the pokernewsteam. Lets hope it will be possible monday/tuesday and maybe even tommorow.

Kind regards,
Nicky Roeg

Way to make things complicated. He's got your name, he knows you meet the requirements, problem solved.

It is just that our Poker Team receive the list of eligible players from Poker News.

Since it's an open for all freeroll, I don't quite get it.
