Okay here is my rant. I am sick and tired of playing on sites like stars and Full Tilt where i am at tables playing with little turds, whose main aim is to abuse players when they get bead beats etc. I dont care if you are 16 or 60yrs old, try showing some class, maturity and respect for other players. These jerks love the notion of hiding behind their computers and treating other players like shite. I for one am sick of it and User Support on these sites need to monitor it more closely.
Also, if u watch for example a high limit cash game on Full Tilt with Ivey,Durr etc u will see all the immature jerks with iqs half that of their age abusing, cursing and just conducting themselves in very average behaviour as observers at the table. Its time for the Poker sites to put a stop to it.

I couldn't agree more, Riossumo. Even if you can block chat for the other players, the observers still get through. I know you can turn chat off but I actually like civilized chat. And now, even though this sounds like I'm agreeing with MtMike, the online BS spills over to some of the casinos' poker rooms.

Just another KITNs. You'll get used to them.

What matters most is how well you walk through the fire.

Thanks for that Davega,
but I must say that some of these little turds who cause this shite wouldnt be game enough to act the same way in a live game. I know if they did to me I would snap them in half even though I am far from a violent man. Anyway, thanks for the respons

I agree V. I will never abuse someone, but I do enjoy having fun with them. I like to pretend I am Phil Hellmuth and get a laugh instead of going on tilt! (of course, sarcasm doesn't come across as much on the internet!)
For example, on one of my tables last night, someone made a good call, I had two pair, but after the river they had one pair, a straight draw, and a flush draw (yes, that means a straight flush draw also). They made a good call to a big bet and won on the river. For the next 10 minutes I told them how much of a donk they were and was pushing their buttons. They were defending their action the whole time blah blah blah...eventually I told them I was just kidding and they made the right move and I was just trying to laugh it off so I wouldn't go on tilt. After all, if they are taking money off me, I should be able to get a little enjoyment from my loss! They could then laugh at it. This to me is fun. People who take it serious, not fun at all!

I was in a Full Tilt tourney about a year ago and there was one guy trash talking. Some others started tearing into him and at one point he typed "you just got beatby a 12 yr old." I made a note of his screen name and encouraged others to do the same and report him. I never heard a word from Full Tilt and he was not banned. Let's face it, they just want the money and don't care about anything else.

I wouldn't admit getting beat by a 12 y/o!

The comment wasn't directed at me. And dont' worry, I waited patiently for the right spot and then took the biggest chunk of his stack I could get. A few others did the same and he was gone in short order. I just thought FTP would have taken more of an interest in rooting out an underage player.

The same way tobacco companies try to root out underage smokers
The same way alcohol companies to to root out underage drinkers

Completely agree with you Riossumo.
As far as the web site not giving a damn, they should be careful because if you don t provide high quality entertainment, you might just kill the business.
