Anyone have any info on what's going on with this? I heard there are problems with eCheck deposits as well...
Any info would be appreciated!
Thanks,

I withdrew a few weeks ago and had no problems at all.

Yeah, from what I gathered players are having problems depositing money as well. Basically no one I've heard of has had any luck withdrawing since 5/31 and deposits from 5/31 on have not been getting deducted from bank accounts.
Of course rumors are rampant that the sky is falling on the US online poker world, yet little to no discussion has been made on THIS site.

Well, by now, according to the rumors when the UIGEA passed, online poker in the US should have already come to a halt. It hasn't.......yet. Also, only a few of the players here are from the US.
I'll see what I can verify (other than what MrD already posted).

Here is another article.

Unfortunately, the bad part is probably that the next step will be for the IRS to audit every single tax return of anyone who had a check issued from this account. I have read the tax rules for filing for winnings and I can almost guaruntee that very few of these players have done so appropriately. As a result, they will have a lot more troubles to come I bet! What a shame it will be for them though.
I hope when they do legalize online poker gambling that they also fix the tax code to make it easy to report.
