Yes. You get one ticket per 150 points earned in the previous month.

If I shall earn in a month 450 vpp To me will give 3 token ? and 600 vpp 4 token

Yes. You can earn up to 5 tournament tickets each month.

So, if I earn 50 VPP's, do I get 1/3 of a ticket!!! LOL
