Trying to decide which poker site to deposit at and, well, when would be an appropriate time (with all the buzz in the air about US echeck, etc, not working and everything coming to a halt).
I've been given $3 from PokerStars, which has lasted over a year and $5 from Absolute but I'm not comfortable there.
Anyway, in the meantime, I guess I'll see how the play money tables work at Cake, Carbon and Bodog. I downloaded from PN and when I do go to deposit, I'll be sure and use your bonus code(s).
Just from the looks of it, Carbon Poker seems VERY appealing. I love that they have a Twitter Freeroll. I'm a twittering fool! We'll see how it goes.
If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears!

I can say that e-check is currently working but who knows what our over-intrusive government will do next.
You'll have to play around with each of the sites to see which you prefer. I like Bodog but don't care much for Carbon. That doesn't make it a bad site.

Thanks for the welcome, Dave. I haven't tried (and by tried, I mean the play tables first) Bodog yet as I'm still into PokerStars and now getting into Carbon but hopefully this weekend I'll finally have a chance to check them out.
I did stake my first player today. That was fun. It'll be a whole lot MORE fun if he wins.

The key to winning seems to be to NOT let me buy a share of you on CMU. My horses haven't run well in awhile.
