Ok, if some of you can read french, read this, if you don t it basically says that the game of Bridge is a card game of skill because you have to memorize cards and that because of that the International Olympic Comity recognize it as a sport.

What about Poker then?

I m freakin' sick of all that BS.

the issue comes from that Bridge is often played without gambling large sums of money on it. (even though people do gamble on it.) Poker however has its roots as a game used to gamble and has some shady players in its past. Poker is easy to pick up...bridge, not as much.

Bridge is also rooted a little bit into the church culture. Just like Bingo. Funny how bingo is legal in many states as long as done in a church! HMMMMMMMM.

I 100% agree with you though. I think the recent supreme court ruling will somewhat help states. I think it is a matter of a couple years till online gambling is legal and regulated! Which, I think will be an ultimate positive because of all the auditing of the software and player accounts that will be required.

There is never a wrong mistake as long as you learn the first time! {2-Diamonds}{7-Spades}

I would agree with you 100%. If you make it legal you have to regulate it. This would be good for all of the online players as companies would be more accountable. I would like to see more licensing in place as an additional protection against scams. Making it legal opens the door for more protection of the players.
