how is it possible?

Support doesn't work on weekends. Don't worry.

I tried to register to the pokernews freerolls on titan. no success. I had a longish change of e-mails with titan support. After a while and several useless answers, I received the following message: "Note that only players registered from eligible PokerNews advertisers can join
the said tournament. We regret to inform you that you can no longer join the
said group and you are not eligible to join the PokerNews tournaments."

What the hell does that mean?
I registered through pokernews long ago (Feb 2007), and since then I have played a lot of pnews freerolls. Now I'm suddenly kicked out.

Could someone please explain what is going on?
(yes, I have mailed to the pnews support. No answer.)

Ju551, I'm sorry that you're experiencing so much difficulty. As I've explained in multiple posts, Horoeschio and I have NOTHING to do with any of the freerolls so even though we'd like to, there's nothing we can do to help. The only thing I can tell you is to continue to contact freerolls@pokernews.com. They are the ones that can actually help. Until you are in contact with them, this problem will not be solved.

I played all pnews titan freerolls. But i can't register to the 5.000 freeroll. Where is the problem???
