Shorter or longer session

When you play cash games online, would you prefer longer sessions or some shorter sessions? (ie one 5 hour session or 5 - 1 hour sessions?) There is never a wrong mistake as long as you learn the first time!

If I sit and hit a quick rush and double or triple my buy-in then when it fades I bail. On the other hand if I am catching hands that get outdrawn or sucked out on early I bail, But if the flow is steady and I win or lose a little one way or the other then I will grind it out a while and see what happens. The short answer is it depends...but I rarely play cash games more than 3hours either way
