I mainly play at Everest, which is a european site. Their loyalty program is very good as you earn a lot more points the higher up the loyalty ladder you go.
They also regularly run promotions and their tournaments don't have thousands of people in them, the deep stacks are particularly good.

ya that site is great, I started my online poker playing career (lol if u wanna call it that) there, not only is their loyalty program good but u forgot to mention the easy and fast payouts they have. definately one of the better sites out there.

im playing to a few freeroll poker sites but haven't tried Everest yet, not a pain to try though.
