Just got back from Crown Casino after playing some $1/$2 NLH on the PokerPro tables with none other than Josh "JJProdigy" Field and Carter "Bdybldngpkr" Phillips.
They'd both been drinking quite a lot of beer and splashing around chips. They were obviously there just for a bit of fun.
It eventually led to a hand that involved 6 people all-in pre flop including the two pros. Of course, Phillips takes it down with his 92s, hitting two pair. Sure it was only just shy of a $500 pot, but to the people grinding it out, $500 is a lot of money...
Another pot I picked up JJ on the small blind with about 6 limpers before me. Popped it up to $16, only to get a lecture by Phillips that I shouldn't be raising from the small blind... He then proceeds to tell me that he'd be able to out play me if I had more chips (I had about another $60 behind me). Cocky much?
They certainly weren't shy to let everyone know who they were either. Not that I was annoyed or anything, it made for a fun table at the least. Besides, it was mostly the beer talking anyway.
And no - I didn't mention all the online controversy surrounding JJProdigy...

Sorry to hear, and I'm impressed by the calmness in your text - I was thinking - I've been in the same situation a few times and I'm sure you will find my tip interesting when I tell you that there's a place where the players are so bad you can only win (if you play focused and learn from how they play at first) .. contact me for further info
