not a big fan of your flopfloat 3way.
Clear raise, everything that has you beat bets turn imo. Maybe some AJ that checks turn.

Imo going all in on that board with QJ is quite donky.
You really expect Villain to call an all in with less than QJ........?
Maybe the flopbet was only a continuation bet with a hand like AK/AQ and he tries to steal the pot in the end after a weak check on the turn. I don't think villain has AJ or KJ, because I don't see why you would check the turn. Something like 1010 could be possible, he checked the turn with 2nd pair and straight draw and after turn he thinks his 2 pair is good and tries to get some value.
You don't want too raise this to big in the end because you want maximum value for this, so I would raise it to something like 20 dollars.
