I hope no one minds me posting this here but we are hosting a Texas Hold-Em Tournament in Maplewood NJ on March 13 to benefit Garden Academy, a new school for children with autism. $2,500 first prize (assuming 100 players).
Advanced buy in is $125, $150 at the door.
It will be professionally run with buffet and refreshments included. Registration is tax deductible (to extent allowed by law — our lawyer makes me say that).
Our last poker night was a big hit and we had some great (and not so great) players there. And it is really a great cause (my son goes to the school).
