I've spoken to Gidere (freerolls@pokernews.com) about my ticket for todays tournament @ Carbon Poker seeing I have not yet recieved the coupon nor have i heard back from him since 4:30 am....Gidere had told me he emailed carbon poker and is going to wait to get an answer. as i said before this was at 4:30am.

Can someone please help me? I signed up through pokernews and i deserve to play in this tournament.

Well he probably did not yet hear back from Carbon.

Did you try contacting Carbon Poker support?

Yes i talked to the support team and they told me they cannot do anything about it...Its the affiliate manager and the website owner/manager that can do anything about the coupons.

Always remember that when you contacted the support team, they will also take the case to the Poker room to discuss it further. When they get any update, you will surely be informed right away.
