Pokernews promotion not paid out

this promotion which ended on 30 june still has not been paid out to the winners: http://www.pokernews.com/partypoker-jumper-race/

In the terms and conditions is stated that: Non-Cash prizes (tournament tickets) will be awarded manually within two business days following the conclusion of each tournament.

I post this here because I don't know who to contact.
