and also, what about withdraw? can u withdraw directly back to your credit card/bank account, or do u have to use an alternatve like e-wallet for that?

I use moneybookers, It's okie, fast and security. then you can withdraw to bank with low fee

almost 80% of old players are using moneybookers this days... better hook your credit card to it too.. though you can always use credit card alone.
