While it has been a few years since news of the largest cheating scandal in poker history broke, the topic is still fresh in the minds of most poker aficionados. This is especially true of the contributors over at the TwoPlusTwo Forums, who rarely miss an opportunity to discuss the man behind the superuser accounts.
Russ Hamilton, the 1994 World Series of Poker Main Event winner, is the main culprit accused of cheating online players out of $20 million on UltimateBet and Absolute Poker and has long been public enemy number one in the poker world. Since the cheating scandal broke, Hamilton...
Hamilton obviously traded credibility & respect when he was involved in the superuser scandal.
Hamilton is upset at some ribbing given the circumstances? Amazing! You must be kidding!
There are a number of top players that were totally played by the superuser scandal losing significant amounts of money and a central figure in the loss of millions is Mr. Hamilton ... so Hamilton should not be surprised that poker players unconnected with the superuser scandal have connected the dots and labelled him a Grade-A weasel by association and participation.
If Mr. Hamilton feels wronged & wants to clear the air? Demand a third party impartial investigation of the superuser scandal!
If you do not then the dots just get connected ... forever and historically.
