Great article - all useful stuff. I have a question:
Continuation betting: "If there are four or five players you should make a bigger continuation bet in most cases..."
Would you actually advocate continuation betting in this sort of situation? Surely much depends on the texture of the board on the flop, i.e. 3 to a flush etc and this has to be a significant factor in any situation?
