High Stakes Poker Season 7: Ruffin Runs Down Peat, Greenstein and Esfandiari Play $600K Pot

In the first episode of High Stakes Poker Season 7, the pro’s and the businessmen butted heads in some massive pots. Vanessa Selbst lost a massive pot when Phil Ruffin flopped a set of threes against her overpair and David Peat drew out on Bill Klein with a pair and a flush draw against Klein’s aces. The action did not slow down in the second episode of the season, especially on the last hand when there was a $600,000 pot played between two pros.

Show has lost personality from the host and players alike. Players have virtually none, at least the new ones. So far, disappointing and not nearly as entertaining as previous seasons. Hope they can fix it.

Enjoyed Norm but. Gabe an A J were entertaining. Would love to play against Mr. Ruffin. Don't think he will continue to win against the "Big Boys". Hope Daniel starts playing like he's in a cash game.

we dont need to watch these 'air head' businessmen play go fish. u suck GSN, norm M. is terrible also , he'll get better im sure cuz anything would be better then how its gone so far, thats why u need 2 in the booth it stirs up conversation and norm would feel more comfortable
