Pokernews full of s*** (pokerstars $2000 added private tournys)

i still haven't received my step4 ticket for my 4th place finish in feb 12's tourny..... it's been a month and a half and emails to them are f***ing useless as they don't reply..... i got 1 reply for all the emails i sent and it was "we're looking into it".... that was 2 freaking weeks ago...... wtf r they looking into that takes that long....... i mean a month and a half..... c'mon pokernews
