Blanca Games has issued a statement on the actions taken by the Costa Rican authorities on Friday. The statement confirms that the Organismo de Investigaciones Judiciales (OIJ) visited the offices of Innovative Data Solutions (IDS), the company that used to be the customer service center of Absolute Poker and UB.

Got to love politics, I mean if your country is struggling why not lock their citizens and business's out of 10 billion dollar a year industry. Who really cares about the owners of these sites, they knew what they were doing when they went forward in 06 and maybe instead of buying 3 million dollar homes in the U.S.A., they should have been putting 99% of the mega millions in profits they were making into lobbing and finding new ways to win the political battle that was guaranteed to ensue.
