PokerNew Wanted at William Hill

I don't know if here is the right place to ask about but in my last change to have an answer.
At 05.07.11 i make my 600 WH points who give me the right to participate at this freeroll ( i make my account via Poker News ) and when i want to register to this freeroll i see this message :"We are sorry, the registration for this tournament is restricted."
Until now i send an email to global support at to romanian support at Poker News and not even an reply until now , So please if anybody can tell me why i can't register at this tournement i will have at least an answer.I believe are many player in my situation and we deserve at least an explanation

I'm in the same situation but I think we can register only when the qualification period is over.
