South Point Casino's Michael Gaughan Announced Debut of SouthPointPoker.com

The Global Gaming Expo (G2E) is the world’s premier casino-entertainment event that features the latest and greatest in the gaming world. The expo, held at the Sands Expo and Convention Center, kicked off this week and already there has been some big news concerning online poker. On Wednesday, Michael Gaughan, owner of the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa in Las Vegas, announced the debut of SouthPointPoker.com, the first free-play online poker site launched by a casino-based and state-regulated property.

This a big step for all Casino's alike to share in the online poker phenomenon. Perhaps, this will spur other resorts to do likewise and stop the bickering among Indian Resorts and allow online regulated poker for good. Can't wait to test out this new site!

This is a fantastic idea and venture on South Point's part... unfortunately it has to involve Zen Entertainment, which is the absolute worst and worthless software out there. It's frustrating how bad it is and he's way overstating the value of their promotions (some of which offer outdated prizes) and effectiveness and efficiency of their customer service.
