Like to get some opions on this question. playing seven card stud, dueces are wild but will cost you a dollar if the duece is up. Some say if the card if turned over and they drop out they don't have to pay. My contention is, if the card is dealt to you up, even if you drop, you pay for the card. Am i wrong?
