I would assume FTP players would feel a lot more comfortable if they were being advised of developments by someone who has not been indicted and appears to be still running the show at FTP. Even if Tapie reaches and agreement and players get re-imbursed, how likely is it really that those players are going to re-deposit on a "toxic" site - most will probably take their money and run.
