On Tuesday, Nov. 14, Chris Ferguson, through his attorney Jonathan Harris, filed numerous motions with the United States District Court Southern District of New York, including one to bring Ian J. Imrich on board pro hac vice to his defense counsel.

Ok, documents show that you received large dividends while FullTiltPoker was not able to meet obligations. Trying to hang on the the money directly or indirectly using maritime law is silly becuse the only option left is for the DOJ to drop the hammer on the defendants. Have a rational discussion and no, you don't get to keep all the US players money.

Seriously? His new attourney's last name is "Imrich"? Not sure that's such a great public relations name for Chris "Jesus" Ferguson but Chris Moneymaker sure did wonders for the poker world with his last name.
