The lawsuit charges that each of...
Domain name registration weasels are a fact of life. They count on the cost of litigation being high enough that effectively they can sell the domain names for exorbitant amounts. With large corporations with legal firms on retainer, they run the risk of a CEO with enough integrity to defend the brand names by going after them, which is what has happened. A trademark infringement suit is serious business with serious penalties. Hats off to MGM for defending its turf on the internet.
