Hello everybody! I created an account at BetVictor via PokerNews link about one month ago. My aim was to try a new room and to participate in the MaxStack freerolls. I scored enough VIP-points to participate, but one day before the start of the first freeroll I didn't find myself among the registered players. It was Saturday the 28th January. I wrote both to the BetVictor support and to the PokerNews at general support and to the address freerolls@pokernews.com . BetVictor support answered quickly and they said that there was a technical error on their side, that my registration was correct and I will be able to play in the next MaxStack freeroll in February. However, I haven't received any reply from PokerNews since Saturday.
So, the essence of this quite lengthy post - please improve your support service! You have great tournaments and promotions, and I believe that organizing proper support is not as difficult as dealing with various rooms, their managers and software :-)) As for me, it is much better to receive a reply which says politely, "Go to hell, we can't help you!", than receive nothing at all )

Great, the site is dead. Perhaps I can turn this thread into my personal blog or some kind of notepad - it will quite reliable as nobody visits this place
) You can write anything, you can invite your friends and so on. I am sure you can discuss politics here without being heard or notice )))

Why not? If they are regulars playing 7-9 tables of 1- EUR sngs or 8-10 tables of cash at the limits at least 0,25-0,50, they can make 300 VIPs in 5-6 days.
