"The network owners have today sought legal advice and also met with the LGA, the Maltese Licensing Authority, who have advised them that due to...
There you go ... the U.S. government continuing an effective 'Poker Prohibition' by claiming ownership of the internet and deciding what U.S. citizens do with their free time.

There you go, Flintsword... Talking about sh-t you know nothing of: (AGAIN) Everleaf Gaming Ltd. 'ran' a cite called Land Shark Poker which allowed Players to Run Code use ]bots] & Create multiple account(s) using multiple devices and/or Proxy-Servers. A player could log into Land Shark with his/her Lap Top... then Log in with their Desk Top... Puruse to the same Table and sit with 'Themselves'... Then they would have a Partner do the same thing, sometimes even (3) three players at a time.
Then they all would all go to a voice chat room & tell eachother their cards. Imagine That ! Conceivably (Owning) (6) of (10) hands at the same Table. 1 player would Raise The Other Player could call or Re-Raise & depending on who had the Best Hand. The other's would merely push the Bet... & in the End, they would all go to another Table & 'DUMP' the chips evenly... Brovo ! We Players helped Catch Russ Hamilton @ Absolute Poker... and We players got Everleaf Gaming Ltd. banned from ripping off U.S. Players. BRAVO !

Everleaf gaming network, basically told me i wasn't getting my money back as a US customer.. That i needed a court order!!!
So basically at this point they are stealing the money.. sounds like a shady business move to me.. If they are stealing US players money.. then they should be BOYCOTTED by ALL PLAYERS.. & shut down!! refusing to pay out, or offer any explanation other than we are taking your money is unacceptable!!
