On Monday, Full Tilt Poker announced that Tom “durrrr” Dwan and Viktor “Isildur1” Blom have joined Gus Hansen as members of the new team of Full Tilt Poker ambassadors known collectively as ”The Professionals.” The press release says Dwan and Blom will “reignite a fierce competition at the highest stakes tables on the Full Tilt Poker site.”
Sarne Lightman, Head of Marketing for Full Tilt Poker, adds, “Tom is one of the most feared and respected players in the world today. His exploits at the Full Tilt Poker tables generated a huge following in the poker community and we are thrilled to bring...
love to see fulltilt get big again, i miss the old 500$/1000$ HU battles where the pots quickly reach the 500k and higher, all i saw on stars were people shortstacking 50/100$...
i wonder how likely ivey will rejoin, chances gotta be pretty slim after he sued the company^^

i believe one of the reasons viktor wasn't happy with stars was the whole data mining thing where he lost his shirt to hastings so i wonder if tilt eventhough they are owned by stars will ban this practise? personally if i were a new player i would never play on stars or any site that allowed players to have that kind of info on you...what a disadvantage!
personally i would never return to tilt with so many reputable sites out there competing for your business.

Just dont add Howard lederer or Ferguson or Lindgren or other folks who dont pay up . They can add Ivey cuz he can pay up either by Baccaratt or sports betting or whatever means necessary.

Two big names for the new FullTiltPoker, which has decided to start fresh with a "scorched earth policy" for its reward promotions. Gone are the Ironman, the Black Card, and all of the baggage from the past. I disagree but it is true that considering the past ... starting fresh is safe.
So now I am an Ironman-less, cut up Black Card newbie on the FullTiltPoker site
I hope their new program is interesting!
