Bet Online Third party payout issues

What's the deal with Bet Online and their third party payout issues?
I have received payment from them in the past but this time they are way late and give me the run around whenever i call to ask. It's been almost six weeks in processing. I guess it is time to stop playing there or certainly time to spread the word on not making deposits until this gets resolved.
Any thoughts anyone?
