PokerStars Granted License From The German State Of Schleswig-Holstein
PokerStars has been granted a license from the German state of Schleswig-Holstein, making it one of the first regulated online poker operators in Germany. This license will allow the world’s largest online poker site, which already holds seven online gaming licenses in France, Italy, Denmark, Belgium, Estonia, Malta and the Isle of Man, to offer real-money cash games and tournaments in Germany.

You have to know that there are huge restrictions to play. As far as I know and heard only players living in this region are allowed to play (3,5% of germans population) , no free choice of players and tables, no moneytransfer between players, etc.
So far away from a regulate market like in other juristications.
