It was his love for card games that first drew Dave Ursem to poker three years ago. The Psychology student mostly plays poker online but does manage to find the time to squeeze in a home game with his friends every so often. Dave rates No Limit Texas Holdem at the top of his list of favourite poker variations and has recently started to play more tournaments than ring games. He admits to feeling “relieved” when he won this €1,500 PokerNews Cup Austria Package and proceeded to celebrate by “buying some nice presents.” Poker aside, the Dutchman is also a huge music lover. This will be Dave’s first experience at a major poker tournament and his first visit to Austria. Best of luck to Dave!
