Constant disconnections on weekends, Lack of support, poor bonuses
I've played this site on and off for over an year (I know, why would I) but after what happened to me and about a 1000 other people on Friday May 5th put me over the top.
While playing the $500 freeroll (I was in the top 10 in the second hour, with over 20,000 in chips) I was disconnected and when I tried to log back in I was told that my account was under investigation or I ask to be locked out. I spent over an hour (again!!!) trying to get through to support to find that they weren't answering the phone. When I did finally got someone I was told sorry it was system error and to log off for now!! I was also told that I would be refunded my $$$. I pointed out that it was a freeroll and I should be given free tickets or they should do "something" for the people did get screwed. I still haven't got a response from them yet!!! Add that to disconnection that start on Saturdays at noon hour est. and run till Sunday. Supports response to this took over 2 months and all they said was,
" Hi Mr Elliot,
Thank you for contacting PokerRoom support and please accept our
apologies for the delay in replying.
We have noticed that you have managed to log into your PokerRoom
account and play since contacting us and we assume that your problem
has now been resolved. In the meantime, we hope you continue to enjoy
our games and wish you good luck at the tables."
