I've tried 5 or 6 other sites and have just not been impressed by either customer care, or quality of play. I've been on PS for about two years now and have enjoyed it. There are a lot of new players or people just messing around at the lower cost buy in events, but other than the luck factor that works against you as much as it does anywhere, its actually fairly easy to make $$ on this site. There are very few bonuses offered on this site, I'd assume because the massive amount of players that they have means they don't have to earn business that way. Customer service is excellent, and very helpful. About the only thing I would change is their current vip system, its not really meant to reward those who dont' play every day, or only play in the smaller tournaments.
