The development of PokerNews Strategy has not been without problems. Our initial relaunch in june had to be postponed due to technical complications and the demanding WSOP, which had all of our developers working overtime.
We are still committed to launching the best video site on the net and are now getting close to launching the service. We apologize for the lack in communication and hope our new site will earn your trust and respect once more.
Existing members have 2 options: you can either continue with your current membership once we get back online, or you can mail both your PokerNews accountname, along with your PokerStars or Full Tilt Poker screenname that you used when paying for your subscription, to strategy@pokernews.com. PokerNews will then refund you the money and end your subscription.
RaSZi
Lex "RaSZi" Veldhuis is one of the brightest poker players to ever come out of Holland. He has made a respected name for himself playing online and is the author to many useful strategy articles. This is a classic rags to riches story, having grown his bankroll from $10 to what it is today. He is a cash game specialist and plays in some of the biggest games available.
RaSZI has proved he is a deeply skilled and well rounded player with more than his cash game results. He has shown he can excel in tournaments too. Poker has been a priority for five years and in that time RaSZI has several WSOP cashes amidst his major tournament in-the-money finishes.
Being a cerebral type of player, RaSZI mainly utilizes skills he picked up and honed while studying criminology in university and playing the real time strategy game “Starcraft” competitively. This prepared him mentally for his career in poker. He believes in playing smart poker and can teach someone how to start from scratch and never look back.
RaSZI is a good humoured and accessible person. He intrinsically wants to help people do well at things in life making him a perfect fit for these coaching responsibilities. Mixing his intellect and poker prowess with an engaging personality will make for great videos. He is very committed to being a good teacher and with such a great strategic understanding of poker; it is guaranteed you will enjoy his advice.
