Interesting Pot Goes to Neuville

A very interesting hand played out that evened up the stacks again.

Pierre Neuville opened to 125,000 and Mickey Petersen defended to see a {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} flop. Petersen check-called a 125,000 bet here and a 200,000 bet on the {9-Diamonds} turn.

The river came {a-Diamonds} and this is where things got really interesting. Petersen decided to lead for 250,000. The action went back to the Belgian and he wasn't having any of it and put in a big raise to 1,095,000. His Danish opponent seemed confused by the size of the river raise and after a few moments thought, let his hand go.
