Seiver Locks Up First Half of Bounty Prize

After eliminating Faraz Jaka, Scott Seiver has eight scalps on his belt. Hoyt Corkins and Joe Cassidy each have four. We have been informed that the winner of this final table will get a point for keeping their own bounty. That means Corkins or Cassidy could tie Seiver if one of them eliminates all three of their opponents.

Faraz Jaka Eliminated in 5th Place ($95,000)

Action folded over to Faraz Jaka in the small blind and he moved all in. Scott Seiver made the call from the big blind and tabled the {A-Clubs}{J-Clubs}. Jaka held the {Q-Spades}{10-Diamonds} and was live. Jaka was the shorter stack.

The flop was huge for Seiver when the {A-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{2-Clubs} fell. By picking up a flush draw, Jaka lost a couple outs.

The turn was the {A-Diamonds} and officially ended things for Jaka. As he shook the hands of the remaining four players, the {2-Hearts} completed the board on the river.

Jaka took home $75,000 for his win on Tuesday and also added four $5,000 bounties to that for a total of $95,000 that he'll take home.

Griffin Beats Up On Corkins Some More

Ashton Griffin limped the button after action folded to him. Hoyt Corkins completed from the small blind and then Joe Cassidy checked his option in the big blind making for three-way action to the flop.

The first three community cards were dealt out the {K-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Clubs}. Corkins was first up and checked. Cassidy followed the same route by tapping the table as well. Griffin didn't want to play for free and fired 11,000. Corkins made he call and then Cassidy exited the hand.

The turn card put the {9-Hearts} on board and completed some flush and straight draws. Corkins tapped the table and action went over to Griffin. He fired a bet of 28,000. Corkins took a couple minutes in the tank and then folded his hand. Griffin picked up the pot in back-to-back hands against Corkins.
