Chips Moving Left and Right

In the last ten minutes or so chips have been moving betwwen the players almost every hand. Every hand hand been opened with a a raise and every flop has been bet and most raised after this. Having said this no player has shown a hand down in this time. A bet or raise has been enough to win every pot.

Big Pot for Fellows

Zac Fellows raked a huge pot from Jimmy Shultz when his pocket jacks held up at show down.

The board read {2-Hearts} {9-Spades} {6-Spades} {8-Hearts} {K-Spades} and there were two bets on every street.

Shultz did not show his hand.

Shultz has 1,000,000.
Fellows has 800,000.

Fourth-Place Finisher

4th for $82,882
4th for $82,882
Brendan Talyor is our fourth-place finisher after being knocked out by the ever-vocal Vinny Vinh. The board read...

{2-Clubs} {3-Clubs} {3-Spades} {3-Hearts} {Q-Hearts}

There was betting and raising on every street, culminating in Brendan calling all in on the river. He was forced to muck though upon seeing Vinh's {8-?} {8-?}.

Still Charging

Viny Vinh just raked another big pot. After Vinh's preflop raise Brendan Taylor made it three bets and Vinh called. The flop came {A-Spades} {K-Clubs} {J-Hearts}. Taylor bet and Vinh raised. Taylor called and the turn came {6-Diamonds}. After a check-call the river yielded the {2-Clubs}. Both players checked and Vinh turned over {K-Spades} {8-Spades} to take down the pot.

Vinny on a Charge

Jimmy Shultz raised it up from the button and Vinny Vinh called from the button before moving all-in on a flop of...

{7-Hearts} {6-Spades} {K-Diamonds} {4-Spades}

Shultz called holding {J-Diamonds} {8-Spades}, but it was behind to Vinh's {9-Clubs} {Q-Clubs}. The turn and river changed nothing and Vinh doubles up.

Soon after he took another nice pot, doubling through Brendan Taylor. Vinny opened the pot with a raise before calling a reraise from Taylor. The flop came...

{7-Clubs} {2-Hearts} {Q-Spades}

Vinny check-called a bet from Taylor before they both checked the turn of...

{9-Hearts}.

The river brought the {A-Spades}, causing Vinny to check-raise Taylor's bet. Taylor made the call but mucked when he saw Vinh's {A-Hearts} {9-Diamonds}.

Vinh now up to around 400,000. Game on again!

Fifth-Place Finisher

5th for $67,867
5th for $67,867
Teddy "Iceman" Monroe has left us in fifth place after playing a great short stack game for nearly two days.

Jimmy Shultz accidently raised from under the gun thinking he was putting in the big blind. Monroe called all in for 30,000 from the small blind and Brendan Taylor called the raise from the big blind.

The flop came...{2-Hearts} {10-Spades} {9-Hearts} and both players checked so we head to the turn...

{8-Hearts}

Checked again so straight to the river...

{J-Spades}

Shultz went to bet but Taylor mucked. Jimmy flipped over ...

{7-Spades} {8-Spades}

Which was good for the pot and enough to thaw the Iceman.
