After four full days playing five different games, the final table of the $50,000 H.O.R.S.E. event is set. Erik Sagstrom, David Bach, Vitaly Lunkin, John Hanson, Huck Seed, Ville Wahlbeck, Erik Seidel and Chau Giang will all return tomorrow at 2 p.m. and play down to the next winner of the Chip Reese Memorial Trophy.

Leading the pack is Swedish online pro Erik Sagstrom, aka "Erik123" with 3,675,000 in chips, over a million more than his closest competition, Vitaly Lunkin, with 2,490,000. Ville Wahlbeck, who along with Lunkin is already a bracelet winner this year, is the short stack with 645,000.

The money bubble burst earlier this afternoon with Frank Kassela hitting the rail just outside the money. 2007 $50K H.O.R.S.E. champion Freddy Deeb went out in 14th place while Gus Hansen ended the evening as the final table bubble boy.

Gus Hansen Eliminated in 9th Place ($123,895)

Omaha-8

Vitaly Lunkin raised from middle position and found four callers in Chau Giang, Ville Wahlbeck, Erik Sagstrom and Gus Hansen.

They saw a flop of {K-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{K-Spades} and the action checked to Giang who fired a bet, Wahlbeck and Sagstrom folded, before Hansen called all in for his last 30,000 chips. Lunkin also made the call.

The turn was the {J-Clubs} and Lunkin checked, Giang fired again and Lunkin decided to give it up.

Giang tabled {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{2-Clubs} for trip kings as Hansen sighed, "Looks like I need a three," as he tabled {3-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{8-Spades}.

It wasn't to be for Hansen as the {A-Clubs} landed on the river and with that our final table is set.

Gus Hansen becomes our final table bubble, eliminated in 9th place for a collect of $123,895.

Hope They're Not Claustrophobic!

There has been a strong rail contingent for this event for most of the past few days as the fans have been out in force to catch a glimpse of their favorite players. Even today where we've been tucked away in the corner of the Amazon Room with limited viewing space, the fans have been three and four deep on the rail all day, clinging to every vantage point.

Now as we've hit our final table, the various other media outlets have reappeared to grab a famous photo or two of the final nine. The table is currently surrounded by people in all directions.

The hype is starting to grow as the $50,000 H.O.R.S.E. reaches its climax!

Hansen is on fumes with only 160,000 in chips.

Chau Giang raised from middle position and Mike Wattel made the call in the big blind.

The flop fell {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{10-Hearts} and Wattel moved all in for his last 30,000. Giang made the call.

Giang: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Wattel: {A-Clubs}{8-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}

Giang had Wattel in trouble after flopping two pair. The turn was the {J-Clubs} and river the {2-Clubs} to leave Wattel unimproved and eliminated in 10th place for a collect of $123,895.

With that elimination the players will now be redrawing for the final table. We need to lose one more player before the official final table is formed and we are finished for the day.
