Hinrichsen, straight off the yacht and to the final table
Hinrichsen, straight off the yacht and to the final table

From under the gun, Andrew Hinrichsen raised to 25,000. Chip leader Gianluca Speranza reraised to 64,000 from the small blind and play folded back to Hinrichsen. He four-bet all in for around 250,000. Speranza quickly called and the cards were on their backs.

Hinrichsen tabled the {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds} and Speranza the {A-Hearts}{J-Hearts}.

The flop, turn and river ran out {7-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{6-Spades} to give Hinrichsen the double up and put him in second position. Speranza still has over 1.1 million in chips.

Bottoms Up For Bruno

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

With the table folding around to the blinds, Gianluca Speranza and Tarcisio Bruno were content to keep it friendly and go heads-up for the minimum.

The dealer spread out a {4-Clubs} {5-Spades} {10-Hearts} flop, and Speranza led out with 16,000. Bruno popped it up to 35,000 total, and Speranza made the call to see the {9-Hearts} turn. Speranza checked to the aggressor now, and Bruno's second bullet of 70,000 chips was enough to win the pot right there.

As the dealer pushed him the chips, Bruno flashed {4-Diamonds} {5-Hearts} for bottom two pair.

Romanello Empire Collapsing

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Andrew Hinrichsen raised to open the pot, and Roberto Romanello three-bet shoved. Hinrichsen had what looked like 139,000 left, and he quickly called all in to put the cards on their backs.

Showdown
Hinrichsen: {A-Diamonds} {A-Hearts}
Romanello: {5-Diamonds} {5-Clubs}

Hinrichsen had to sweat the river, but the board ultimately ran clean: {6-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{9-Hearts}. That double moves him close to 300,000 once again, while Romanello is dealt a crippling blow back down to just 55,000 lonely chips.

Romanello Shoves Again

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

It's really getting to be double-up-or-go-home time for Roberto Romanello, and he's doing his part to try and find some chips. On the last hand, Romanello open-shoved under the gun, and everyone passed again. It looks like he's worked his way up to about 180,000 now.
