Directions given by customer support don't work to enter tournaments
Being unable to get to a table to play in a tournament after registering and being told I would be taken to my table and then being told I was already seated I couldn't get a connection to that table or play a single hand. That wasted 20 minutes screwing around. So I notified customer support and they sent me directions which failed on the next two consecutive tournaments. Those attempts were a waste of 20 minutes each clicking here and there and not being shown to my seat or table or a single hand in an hour of wasted time. So far, so bad, and I have yet to receive any further directions after repeated e-mails to customer support and several more hours of waiting so I went back to Doyle's room where at least I could have some table time and actually play a few hands.
