Ultimate Bet

I really like the sites authenticity and life like realism. It has good graphics and playability. I like to play sit and go tourneys. They have several good ones but extreme wait from sign up until seated and playing plus if you disconect from site or the web it unregisters you from the wait list. One night I wated 14 hours and never got seated. Average time for seating is 30 min to an hour whuch is really just unacceptable. I would rather play a site I like less then sit and wait not playing a site I do like.
Staight play rooms are good too without the wait.
Another gripe I have is their Million dollar free roll tourney they advertise on TV. You get one free entry per month and can supposedly earn more through playing often. I did My freebie then played numerous hours on the site. They Emailed several times saying I could reenter the tourney. So I tried after each Email and got a message "you have previously entered a similar tournament so you cant register for this one."
If the owners would aquire more server space and fix the wait times this would be an unbeatable site for Sit and Go lovers.
