Ultimate Bet

I have been playing poker on UB for a few years now. I like the site and the level of poker even though there are some obvious bots on the site.

However, I have had a number of problems withdrawing money and depositing money on their site and the customer service has been extremely poor.

The first time (about 1.5 years ago), it took 2 months to get a withdrawal check from them. I sent 3 e-mails with no responses to get the check.

Recently, as a Canadian, they have been sending me Canadian dollar checks even though I requested USD funds. They also used an extremely unfavorable exchange rate. Again customer service was poor, initially denying that there was a problem, and then 3 months and 4 witdrawals later admitting that there was a problem and their only solution was for me to send them back the checks. Hey guys, three months has passed and the checks have been deposited. No responses to further e-mails.

Lastly, the charged my visa three times for the same US$100 deposit. Again, poor customer service response. We will see the results. If necessary I will have to go to my visa card company.....
