I have had a pending Neteller withdrawal for over 120 hours and it has not been processed by UB. I have tried to contact customer support regarding this issue and have not received a reply in any way. This is just not acceptable customer support. Unfortunately, the only way to contact UB support is via email. There is no way to contact live support, since phone support or live chat is simply not available. Customer support is definately lacking at UB. It is really too bad. If UB could improve customer support, response to issues, they might have a good poker room.

Most other sites will process a Neteller withdrawal in 24 - 48 hours. This is just not acceptable.
